The Graston Technique is an advanced method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, combined with rehabilitative exercises to improve musculoskeletal function. Graston incorporates the use of six specifically designed stainless steel instruments to aid the Clinician in the detection and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction. It is effective for a wide variety of conditions, such as tendinopathies, fascial syndromes, myofascial pain syndromes, ligament pain syndromes, edema reduction, scar tissue/adhesions, and entrapment syndromes.
